What Time is It? | Daniel 2:36-45, 2 Timothy 3:1-5 | Guest Pastor Doug Warwick

What time is it? Scripture tells us we can discern the times—and one of God’s greatest “time markers” is Israel, the people entrusted with the oracles of God. In this Bible prophecy message, we walk through the big-picture “chapters” of Israel’s history and see where we are today in what Jesus called the Times of the Gentiles—the period leading up to the return of the King.

From 1 Timothy 4 and 2 Timothy 3, we examine why the last days are described as perilous, spiritually fierce times, and then we go deeper into Daniel 2 (Nebuchadnezzar’s image) and Daniel 7 to understand the unfolding progression of Gentile kingdoms—ending with the Stone cut without hands, Jesus Christ, establishing an everlasting Kingdom.

This teaching also calls believers to respond biblically:

✅ Wake up (Romans 13) — cruise control isn’t an option

✅ Put on the armor of light and live with urgency

✅ Share the gospel boldly — including reaching those in spiritual bondage with gentleness and truth (2 Timothy 2)

If you’re looking for an end times Bible study that ties together Israel, prophecy, Daniel, Revelation, and practical Christian living, this sermon will encourage you to view the world through the lens of Scripture and to live ready for the Lord’s soon return.
