Men’s Dinner – Friday, January 18th – 6:00 p.m.
 
We are switching things up this month!  Instead of having breakfast, we will be doing a dinner this month.  Come and enjoy delicious food, worship, time in God’s Word and some fellowship with your brothers in Christ.  Sign-ups begin Sunday, January 6th.  Cost is $5.
 
CCHY Youth Lock-In – Friday, January 25th, 7:00 p.m.
 
Calling all youth!  Come out for a night of games, food, fellowship and more.  Bring your sleeping bags, board games and snacks!  Drop-off will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, and pick-up will be at 9:00 a.m. Saturday.  Please see Pastor Victor for more details.
 
His Kids Club – Saturday, January 26th, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
 
This is a very special His Kids Bible Club event!  Have your kids start this year with a blast!  We’ll be having pizza, games and movies!  This event is completely free.  Just sign your kids up with Paul and Lynn Fewell at the table outside after service.
 
SOUPer Bowl Challenge – Sunday, February 3rd – 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
 
Bring your game-winning soup recipe and see who is the next SOUPer Bowl Champion!  Participants and church family are encouraged to wear your favorite team jersey or hat ( doing so will not sway judges!)  Please sign up at the CCHY table for rules and info!
 
Ladies Prayer Meeting – Saturday, February 8th, 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
 
On the 2nd Saturday of each month, we gather together in the Coffee Shop for a women’s prayer group.  Come join together for this sweet time in prayer! 
 
Agape Hands Ministry – Saturday, February 8th, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
 
Agape Hands is a ministry using sewing and quilting to minister to our local community.  Some of the projects include baby bibs, blankets and quilts for our veterans.  If you sew, quilt, or would like to learn how, come and join us!  We even have ideas on how you can participate from home.

Deaf Ministry Bible Study – Mondays, 7-9 p.m. 
 
Starting Monday, August 6th, in the Coffee Shop, we will have a Bible study for our deaf community.  We will be going through the New Testament as we follow along with a video.  If you, or anyone you know, are hearing impaired and would like to join, please see Cody McVey with any questions.

One Step to Freedom Bible Study 

Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  This Bible study is for both men and women who struggle with drugs, alcohol, or any other destructive lifestyle.  Bring your Bible and join us!  Childcare is not available for this study.  Phil. 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
 
Ladies’ Bible Study – Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. 
 
Come join us every Tuesday morning as we dig deeper into God’s Word and fellowship with our sisters!  We meet at 9:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  We are starting with Colossians and 2 Timothy and then moving into the Book of Esther.  These studies are $10 for the year and are available at the Information Desk.  If you need childcare, please register your children when you pick up your study. (Pre-registration is required for childcare)
 
Wednesday Evening Bible Study – 7:00 p.m. – Fellowship Hall
 
Please join us on Wednesday evenings for worship, fellowship and Bible study.  We are currently going chapter by chapter, verse by verse through the Book of Philippians.

“Young at Heart” 50+ Ministry – Thursday Mornings

Join us every Thursday!  We start at 9am with fellowship, coffee and folding the Sunday bulletins.  Afterward, at 10am, we have a time of worship and study.  We have a potluck every 3rd Thursday of the month, and do various outings and events throughout the year. Don’t miss out on the shenanigans!!
 
Grief Share – Thursdays at 6:00 p.m., January 10th, 2019 through April 4, 2019
 
Losing a loved one may be the most difficult trial you will encounter in life.  When facing this trial, it may be hard to feel optimistic about the future.  You might be feeling isolated and confused and have questions about things you have never had to face before.  Please join us at Grief Share.  You don’t have to do it alone.  We are here to help and support you through this difficult time.  The classes meet weekly to help you deal with and face these challenges and move forward with rebuilding your life.  This is a thirteen (13) week course.  There is a $20 cost to cover the handbook.

Young Adults Bible Study – Fridays – 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This Bible study is geared for those between the ages of 18-35. Please bring your Bibles and join us in the Coffee Shop for a special time of worship, fellowship and study in God’s Word. Childcare will be available for those who sign-up ahead of time. Contact Josue Palacios with any questions.

Home Fellowships 

Home Fellowships are a wonderful way to spend time in worship and the study of the Word together in a small group setting.  We encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities, Sundays (6PM) in San Jacinto and Mondays (6:30PM) in East Hemet. Locations/maps available at the Info Desk.

“The Gathering” Prayer & Communion Service 

The second Sunday evening of each month, at 6:30 p.m., we meet in Fellowship Hall for worship, prayer and communion. Everyone is encouraged to come to this special service. Elders and Pastors will be available to pray with you for your needs, the needs of your friends, family and that of our church body. Childcare is provided. Please come and be blessed.

Prayer Lists 

Are available Sunday in the church lobby on both entrance tables. Everyone is welcome to pick up a copy and pray for the needs of those in the body. Please consider making this weekly list part of your prayer life. If you would like to place a prayer request, fill out a form located on the side of the agape boxes outside the doors leading into the Sanctuary.
