GriefShare Class – Sundays at 1:00 p.m. – January 14th through April 8th

Healing from your grief is not easy.  It’s a long, sometimes painful process.  GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.  You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.  This group features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics.  It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now.  If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.  That’s the reason for GriefShare, a special class for people grieving the loss of someone close.  This is a thirteen week course. There is a $20 cost to cover the handbook. Please sign-up at the information desk.

Mexico Missions Dinner – Friday, February 2nd at 6:00 p.m.

Have you wondered what it’s like to go on one of our Mission Trips to Mexico? Just what do they do there anyway? What difference does it make in the lives of the people they’re ministering to? What difference does it make in the lives of those who go on the mission trip?

Come and find out the answer to these questions and more!  Join us for a Spaghetti Dinner on Friday evening, February 2nd at 6:00 in the Fellowship Hall as our mission team shares about previous trips to Mexico and the upcoming trip in June.

Find out how you can be a blessing to others either by going on the mission trip or by supporting them from here.

Although there isn’t a cost for this dinner, we will be taking donations that will go toward the cost of construction materials as we help to build a new church facility for Calvary Chapel Vincente Guerrero.

If you’d like to attend this dinner, please sign-up at the Missions Table outside so we can be prepared with the correct amount of food.

“Reflecting on the Word” – Radio Station AM590 & K-Praise AM1210

Pastor Gary’s messages are now being aired on radio station AM 590, Sunday mornings at 9:30 and at 11:30 on K-Praise AM 1210.  You can download the apps OR go online to www.am590theanswer.com and KPRZ.com to listen. This is an opportunity for family members and friends that are currently not attending a church to tune in on Sunday mornings at 9:30 or 11:30 to hear the spoken Word of God.  It is also a resource for those in our church family to hear the Sunday message during those times when we are “under the weather” and unable to be in fellowship with the body of Christ.

Current and past teachings are also available to view or listen to online at cchemet.com
